Madartools Video Converter uses the unmodified single-thread @ffmpeg/core 0.12.10 binary, derived from FFmpeg n5.1.4 with the GPL-enabled libraries in the pinned build. The core is GPL-2.0-or-later; new Madartools video-conversion worker and planner source is provided under GPL-3.0-or-later.
