FFmpeg.wasm single-thread core 0.12.10: source distribution

The unmodified ESM JavaScript and WebAssembly files are from the official
@ffmpeg/core 0.12.10 npm package. Its declared license is GPL-2.0-or-later.
The ffmpeg.wasm binding/build repository is distributed under its MIT notice.
Individual embedded libraries retain their own licenses, present in the
included complete source archives. This distribution supplies both GPLv2 and
GPLv3 texts; the later-version option is available under the upstream license.

  https://github.com/ffmpegwasm/ffmpeg.wasm/tree/71aa99d37c02a7b4c435275ca9ef50e612f6efa1

The complete release repository archive includes C CLI/binding modifications,
all build scripts and the original Dockerfile. source-manifest.json records
the exact immutable commits and SHA256 digests for all 16 sources named by
that Dockerfile, including FFmpeg n5.1.4. These commits all predate the
2025-01-07 binary release. SDL2 2.24.2 is included because it is the SDL2 port
selected by Emscripten 3.1.40. The selected googletest submodule for zimg is
included as well. The Emscripten license and original SDL2 port script are
included. No upstream source archive has been modified.

Build:
Extract ffmpeg-wasm-v12.15-source.tar.gz into a build directory.
The original Dockerfile and Makefile describe the complete build.
  Emscripten/emsdk version: 3.1.40.
  Production single-thread target: make prd
The production flags are -O3 -msimd128, with FFMPEG_ST=yes.
source-manifest.json supplies matching source archives for local mirroring
or replacing the Dockerfile's external downloads with immutable inputs.
zimg's googletest archive belongs at test/extra/googletest.
The compiled binary reports the configuration retained in actual-version.txt.

The source package has not been rebuilt in this environment. The exact
upstream npm binaries are preserved, not represented as a new local build.

Any locally written worker/UI modifications distributed with this core must
also have their applicable source and license made available. Publishing only
the upstream repository is not sufficient for modifications of the covered
program. The host application must not restrict recipients' rights in the
separately licensed components.
