Before you begin
Choose still JPG, PNG or WebP images you own or have permission to process. Animated images, SVG, GIF, HEIC, AVIF and TIFF are not supported. A batch may contain up to 80 megapixels in total. Each side must be 8192 pixels or less.
Large or complex files can exceed browser memory. Cancel stops the worker. Clear files or leave this page to release images and download links. Your files and filenames are never saved in device preferences.
Questions about Image Compressor
Is every image guaranteed to become smaller?
No. Some images are already optimized. We show the real before-and-after sizes, including any increase. Your original files are never overwritten.
How does PNG compression work?
PNG uses a lossless OxiPNG encoder. A quality slider cannot reduce PNG quality. Reaching a very small target may require a smaller image, which happens only if you allow it.
